In addition, it has very nice communal facilities, with a swimming pool from which you can see the sea, as well as a small children's pool. All surrounded by a large artificial garden area perfect for sunbathing. From the pool there is a door from which you have direct access to the Cargador beach.
The flat, which has a private parking space in the garage, has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and capacity for 6 people.
The distribution is as follows:
The master bedroom, en suite, with two single beds, own bathroom and private access to the terrace. With ceiling fan.
The second bedroom, with a double bed, private access to the terrace, and also with ceiling fan.
We continue with the second bathroom, with a bathtub.
The open-plan kitchen, with ceramic hob, is equipped with fridge, microwave, oven, freezer, washing machine, crockery/cutlery, cooking utensils, coffee machine and toaster.
