In the urbanization Los Jardines, 100 meters from the Consum supermarket and 250 meters from the town center. Strategic location, as the apartment is a short walk from the services and the beach, but at the same time is away from the busy center of town.
The accommodation, with private garage and high speed WiFi, is 60 square meters. The distribution is as follows:
We access from a very spacious terrace, with nice views of the pool and garden. Upon entering, we have on the left hand side an American kitchen very well equipped (dishwasher, ceramic hob, oven, microwave, pans, pots, coffee maker, toaster ...). On the right, a living-dining room with sofa and TV.
We continue to the bedrooms. First, the master bedroom, with double bed, ceiling fan and a private balcony. Secondly, another bedroom with two single beds.
Finally, a bathroom with bathtub.
The urbanization Los Jardines is highly valued by guests thanks to its tranquility and its beautiful communal areas, with a swimming pool + children's pool, and a garden area shaded by palm trees.
