In the urbanization Mestral, very quiet and well located, 5 minutes walk from the beach Cargador. With communal pool and garden.
The flat , which has WIFI , air conditioning , parking space and lift , is distributed as follows :
Two bedrooms. One with two single beds and the other with a trundle bed for 2 people. Total capacity of 4 people.
It has two bathrooms, one with shower and one with bathtub.
The independent kitchen, with ceramic hob, is equipped with fridge, microwave, oven, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, crockery/cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee machine, toaster and juicer.
The living-dining room is modern and comfortable, with table, sofa and TV.
Finally, a terrace with pleasant views of the pool and garden.
Integrated air conditioning throughout the flat.
*No parties or groups of young people are allowed.

Habitaciones bien repartidas y amplias.
Dos cuartos de baño que nunca vienen mal.
Buenas vistas.
Los residentes parecen ser en su mayoría propietarios y son gente agradable.

Piscina de tamaño normal pero de agua muy limpia y cristalina. El parking subterráneo, los huecos para los coches son amplios. En general todo está bien, en una escala de 10 le doy un 8,5 o un 9. Camas cómodas. Tiene aspiradora. El aire acondicionado y el wifi funcionan bien. La nevera enfría bien. |

Falta de algunos productos esenciales que sí tienen otros apartamentos, lavavajillas, secador, jabón de baño y al menos dos rollos de papel higiénico no sólo uno.
