The flat, of 95 square meters, on the first floor with lift, has integrated air conditioning in all rooms, private parking space and high speed WIFI. The distribution is as follows: One double bed, with air conditioning and built-in wardrobe. A second bedroom with two single beds, with air conditioning and wardrobe. And a third bedroom with two single beds, also with air conditioning and wardrobe. It has 2 bathrooms, both with bathtub. The independent kitchen, with ceramic hob, is equipped with fridge, microwave, oven, washing machine, dishwasher, crockery/cutlery, utensils/cooking utensils and coffee machine. A living-dining room with a sofa-bed for 2 people and a TV.
