In the urbanization Arcos II, 250 meters from the beach, with communal pool, children's pool and garden for sunbathing or relaxing. Only 150 metres from the Spar supermarket, and 300 metres from the bar and restaurant area of the marina.
The flat, of 115 square meters, has the following distribution:
Three bedrooms. Two with double bed and one with single bed (the sixth bedroom is the sofa bed).
Two bathrooms, both with shower.
Next, an open plan kitchen, equipped with fridge, microwave, oven, freezer, washing machine, kitchen utensils, coffee maker and toaster.
We continue with the living-dining room, spacious, comfortable and tastefully furnished. With television, sofa-bed, armchairs and a ceiling fan.
