Beautiful flat for 5 people in Las Brisas urbanisation, 600 metres from the Moro beach. Las Brisas is a small family urbanization, very quiet, but with very complete community facilities: swimming pool + children's pool, paddle tennis court, playground for children, and underground garage. The accommodation, of 55 square meters, has 2 bedrooms. The first one, with a double bed with a new mattress (2023). The second bedroom has a bunk bed. The sofa bed sleeps one person. It has 1 bathroom with bathtub. The open-plan kitchen is American, open to the living room, and is very well equipped with ceramic hob, oven, microwave, washing machine, pots, pans, coffee maker, toaster, utensils and cutlery... The living-dining room is cosy, air-conditioned, and leads out onto a very pleasant terrace, as shown in the pictures, with views of the garden and swimming pool. There is free high speed WiFi throughout the accommodation. Private parking space with direct lift access to the flat.
