In the urbanization Irta Playa , in first line of beach , and next to the area of bars , restaurants , ice cream parlours , supermarkets .... With communal swimming pool.
The flat, with private parking space (very spacious), has 81 square meters of living space, and 55 square meters of terrace.
The distribution is as follows:
On entering , on the right hand side , an independent kitchen , of vitroceramic , equipped with fridge , microwave , oven , freezer , washing machine , dishwasher , coffee machine and toaster.
On the left hand side, the first bedroom, with two single beds, built-in wardrobe and ceiling fan.
Continue straight on and on the right hand side you will find the bathroom with bathtub.
Next, the second bedroom, with a double bed, wardrobe and ceiling fan.
We continue with the living-dining room, with sofa and TV.
Finally, a huge terrace of 55 square meters, with awning and side sea views. A real luxury to have breakfast, lunch or dinner outside, and an ideal place to enjoy the Mediterranean climate.
*No parties or groups of young people are allowed.
*Smoking is not allowed inside

Everything is local ie supermarket, restaurants,beech, communal swimming pool just outside. Clean fresh apartment. Just a 2 min walk to a beautiful beech and shops and bars. |

This isn’t a negative but I’ve stayed over the years in apartments and never does anyone do a little welcome pack ie a sponge/ washing up liquid. Just to see you by till you get to the shops. Honestly it’s not a negative just a suggestion.
