Flat in the FIRST LINE of the Cargador beach, in the urbanization Playamar.
Playamar is an urbanization with unbeatable location. In front of the Cargador beach, only 2 minutes walking distance to the centre of the village, where you can find supermarkets, bars, restaurants, shops....
The urbanization has a communal pool surrounded by garden.
The flat , with WiFi , has 1 bedroom , and sleeps up to 4 people . It is distributed as follows:
One bedroom with two single beds , fitted wardrobe and private balcony overlooking the pool and garden.
Separate kitchen, equipped with fridge, microwave, oven, freezer, washing machine, toaster, coffee machine, pots, pans....
Next, the bathroom, with a bathtub.
We continue with the living-dining room, which has a sofa-bed for 2 people (recommended only 1 if you are an adult).
Finally, a terrace with beautiful views of the Mediterranean Sea and the Cargador beach.
*Second floor without lift*.
*No parties or groups of young people are allowed.
*No smoking inside the apartment*
