Townhouse for holiday rental in Alcossebre in Las Haciendas, an exclusive urbanisation, surrounded by nature and tranquillity, and with communal swimming pool. Maximum capacity of 6 people (3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms).
In a green environment, away from the centre, but only 1 KM from the centre of the village and the Cargador beach. Perfect for those who want to disconnect from stress and enjoy the silence and calm.
The house is distributed in 2 floors. On the lower floor, we have a beautiful terrace with views of a wooded area, without buildings. Inside, we find the living-dining room, the independent kitchen, fully equipped (washing machine, dishwasher, oven, microwave, fridge, freezer, cutlery, glasses, kitchen utensils, pans, pots...), two bedrooms and a bathroom.
On the upper floor is the third bedroom, with its own bathroom.
There is free WiFi throughout the house.
*Parties and groups of young people are not allowed.
*Smoking is not allowed inside the accommodation.

Holiday townhouse for 6 people in Alcossebre in a rural and quiet environment, but only 400 metres from the blue flag Romana beach. The urbanization La Senia is very positively valued by the clients thanks to its very complete community facilities, with swimming pool, garden area shaded by palm trees, tennis court, and parking area. The accommodation, divided in two levels, is distributed as follows: On the lower floor, a large and cool terrace overlooking the communal garden. Inside, there is a living-dining room with a sofa-bed for 2 people. Next, an open plan kitchen equipped with oven, microwave, toaster, coffee machine, and all the basics such as kitchen utensils, cutlery, glasses, pots, pans, frying pans... Finally, a renovated bathroom with shower. On the upper floor, we find the two bedrooms. One of them with its own terrace. As well as a second renovated bathroom with shower.
