Luxury 3 bedroom house in one of the most exclusive and special urbanizations of Alcossebre, El Paraiso.
El Paraiso is a very exclusive urbanization, located on the seafront. Next to the beach Las Fuentes.
The communal facilities are a luxury, with a huge swimming pool, large gardens and palm trees that give it a very special tropical touch.
The house, which has parking, WIFI and air conditioning, is divided into 3 levels.
The private outside area of the house is very spacious and offers many possibilities. With a double height terrace, the lower part of the house has a table for outdoor dining. On the upper part, there is a chill-out sofa where you can relax with your family or couple, having a drink or reading a book.
The orientation of the terrace allows you to be on it without any problem even on the hottest days.
Inside the house, we have a large living-dining room, with air conditioning, a large and comfortable sofa, and a dining table.
Next, the independent kitchen, with ceramic hob, is equipped with fridge, microwave, oven, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, crockery/cutlery, utensils/kitchenware, coffee machine and toaster.
Finally, on the ground floor is the toilet.
We go up to the first floor, where there are 2 of the 3 bedrooms.
The first bedroom, with double bed, air conditioning, and private terrace with table and 2 chairs.
The second bedroom, with two single beds and air conditioning.
Finally, a large bathroom with a shower.
We go up to the top floor, where is the third bedroom, with a double bed, air conditioning and another private terrace, with two hammocks perfect for sunbathing in total privacy.

It has 3 separate swimming pools, all of them with garden area and beautiful palm trees. It is located 600 meters from the Moro beach, and less than 5 minutes drive from the centre of Alcossebre. The bungalow, with private parking, WIFI and air conditioning, has 2 bedrooms. The main bedroom has a double bed, air conditioning and views of the pool. The second, with two single beds and access to a private terrace and solarium. Both bedrooms are on the upper floor, next to the main bathroom with bathtub. On the lower floor, we have the ceramic hob kitchen, equipped with fridge, microwave, oven, washing machine, crockery/cutlery, utensils/cooking utensils and coffee machine. Next, the living-dining room, with a sofa-bed for 2 people, air conditioning, dining table and direct access to the terrace. The terrace is spacious and cool, with an awning that allows you to stay quietly even in the hottest hours, thanks also to the orientation of the terrace.
